Free webinar · 4th June 2026

Is a steadier home possible?

What most parenting advice overlooks — and why regulation is only one piece of the puzzle.

You've read the books. You understand co-regulation. You're trying to stay calm, to connect before you correct, to follow all the advice. And it's still hard.

This session is about what's missing from that picture — and what changes when you start looking at the whole family, not just the moment.

What this session covers

Regulation is important. It's not enough.

The advice to "stay regulated," "co-regulate," and "connect before you correct" is good advice. But for many families — especially those navigating neurodivergence, trauma, or challenging behaviours — it still leaves parents feeling like they're failing. Not because they're doing it wrong. Because the advice is only looking at part of the picture.

In this session, we'll look at what's being missed: your family as a system, your role as its leader, and the environment you're all living inside. When those shift, everything shifts.

The family as a system

What happens in one part of the family affects every other part. Most parenting advice treats each moment in isolation — this session shows you how to see the whole.

Your leadership

Not control, not authority — leadership. How you show up, the signals you send, and the tone you set have more influence on your home than any strategy you apply in the moment.

Your environment

The conditions your family lives inside — routines, rhythms, physical space, and the unspoken rules — shape behaviour more than most parents realise. And they can be changed.

This session includes a live Q&A. You'll be able to get clarification and help on your particular situation by submitting questions directly to Joe.

More capacity, more confidence, more composure. A steadier home is possible.

Who this is for

This will resonate if...

You've tried the standard advice and it hasn't been enough
You're parenting a child with additional needs, neurodivergence, or challneging behaviour
You feel stretched, reactive, or like you're just surviving rather than thriving
You love your children fiercely but wonder if things can actually be different
You're any kind of parent or caregiver — this isn't just for mums, or just for SEND families
What parents say
"I felt lost and overwhelmed after my child's autism diagnosis, just surviving parenting rather than enjoying it. Joe gave me practical tools and a completely non-judgmental space, which helped me rebuild my confidence and genuinely transform my relationship with my children." — A parent
