  • Webinar sign-up: your first name, last name, and email address, plus your chosen session (morning or evening)
  • Newsletter sign-up: your first name and email address
  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the contents of your message
  • Discovery call booking: your name and email address, collected via our booking tool (TidyCal)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or data from children.

3. Why we collect your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Webinar registration: to send you your Zoom joining link, session reminders, and any relevant follow-up information
  • Newsletter: to send you A Steadier Home: The Weekly Thought, our free weekly email for parents (only if you have explicitly opted in)
  • Contact enquiries: to respond to your message within one working day
  • Booking: to confirm and manage your discovery call appointment

We will never use your data for purposes other than those listed above, and we will never sell your data to third parties.

4. Our lawful basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Consent — for newsletter sign-ups, where you have explicitly ticked the opt-in box
  • Legitimate interests — for webinar joining information and reminders, which are transactional messages directly related to a service you have requested

All third-party services we use are based in or compliant with UK/EU data protection standards.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which your data is deleted from our mailing list within 30 days
  • Webinar registrants: for up to 12 months following the event, after which data is deleted
  • Contact form enquiries: for up to 24 months, in case of follow-up correspondence
  • Coaching clients: for up to 3 years following the end of the coaching relationship, in line with standard business record-keeping

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access — you can request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your data
  • Right to withdraw consent — you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
