You already know enough.

If lack of information was the problem, we'd all be in great shape by now, have healthy relationships, and never lose it with our kids.

So why isn't that the case?

Here's what I want you to hear: you probably already know an awful lot about parenting. Some of it from things you've read. A lot more of it just from being a human being who has grown up in a world full of people.

You know more than you give yourself credit for.

The problem usually isn't that you don't know. It's that you haven't found the headspace to act on what you know.

That's not a knowledge problem. That's an implementation problem which, more often than not, stems from a lack of capacity.

What's one small step you can take to free up some headspace to act on something that resonated with you in the past month?

Before you save another Instagram Reel, open a new tab or download a PDF to a folder you'll probably never reopen, ask yourself: is this adding clarity? Or is it adding pressure?

You are a unique parent with unique children in a unique situation. What works for me may not work for you.

Take what lands. Discard the rest.

I hope you have a steadier Sunday.
